Sales & Distribution
We are passionate about all the brands we distribute, and ensure that this is communicated to the brands’ retail networks. We identify and establish new retail partners to complement unique brands. We develop targeted sales strategies specific to each retailer to maximise success in all of a brand’s channels. We consider our retailers to be partners in the longterm success of each brand.
Training
Our Global Training Manager is responsible for both specific product and brand training as well as sales skills training for our own sales staff and retail sales teams. It is important for all staff to appreciate the key points of difference of each brand and to be able to communicate knowledgeably with consumers. We strive for excellence in customer service to ensure that all brand touchpoints are positive experiences for consumers.
Promotional Staff
We directly employ a team of driven, dedicated and trained full and part-time promotional staff to drive sell out, support launches and animate our brands. We keep in close contact with them, often on a daily basis, to ensure that they are achieving their brand targets and to be able to react quickly if additional support is required to ensure a successful campaign.
