Miranda Waple


Miranda was the first New Zealander to graduate from Paris business school HEC. She then spent 20 years in the beauty industry between France and NZ. At L’Oreal in Paris, she was involved in new product development and international business. As General Manager of the company’s Luxe division in NZ, Miranda successfully launched new skincare and fragrance brands while growing the existing portfolio, to double the division’s market share. Miranda is one of the country’s leading experts in the beauty industry and is fluent in French.

Theresa Gattung


Theresa Gattung has been named in Fortune magazine’s list of the 50 most powerful women in international business several times, and in 2006 the Forbes list of “The World’s 100 Most Powerful Women” ranked her at number 49. Theresa became Telecom’s CEO  at 37 with a $5 billion turnover operating in New Zealand and Australia and listed on the NZX, ASX and NYSE. She was the first woman to run a large New Zealand public company. In 2015 Theresa was made a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to business and philanthropy.

Donna Fyfe


Donna has extensive general management, sales and marketing experience in the IT and Telco sectors having worked for multinational and large New Zealand companies. Since leaving the corporate world Donna has been involved with privately held New Zealand companies as both a consultant and director.

A barrister and solicitor, Samantha has extensive experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, company governance and intellectual property.

Juliette Cardey


Juliette is a sales specialist with expertise in revenue growth and relationship building. She manages a team of up to 20 promotional staff to ensure the best sell out results for our brands. Juliette has over 20 years of sales experience and key account management having worked for L’Oréal Luxe in Australasian markets and for Proctor & Gamble’s fragrance division in the UK. She has been the highest performing sales person in every division she has worked in.

Lyndal O’Toole


Lyndal is a finance and operations professional with extensive experience in financial controlling and strategic planning to develop the best results for revenue growth, increased profitability and operational efficiencies. After gaining experience at Goldman Sachs in London and KPMG & Macquarie Bank in Melbourne, Lyndal took on F&O roles in the premium and FMCG beauty markets with L’Oréal and Trilogy/Ecoya. She has experience across all facets of business operations and supply chain.
